Hi, fellas-and ladies-.....I'm thinking of making the Rhinelander from Hanwei my next purchase. It'll be used mainly as costume and deco, but I've heard that it's a pretty healthy cutter also. Does anyone have one they've regripped or torn down with pics of the bare tang? The peen looks pretty fat in photos I've seen ....just wondering about the tang width. Thanks...........McM Big Grin

i'm pretty curious about this one too; I gotta admit, I'd probably cut the ring off (can't just let a good thing be, this is why I don't buy expensive swords!) but I love the lines of the blade. Would love to see one of those worked on!

I have another big sword I'm going to pick up pretty soon, but if you buy it, make sure to let us know how it works out Big Grin
