I downloaded this ebook a couple weeks ago, and thought it was by Bill Grandy. It took me forever to find the place where I downloaded it, and now I can't figure out who wrote it. Does anyone know who this is by, and how accurate it is? I just want to make sure, since I've been reading it and practicing the techniques it teaches.
Here is the link:

I can't find the source or anything. It's kind of weird.

I've seen this before. As the web address indicates, it is from a Russian group, so it is not Bill Grandy. I am not sure what the group is called, but the page that lists them seems to show a number of different martial arts groups, including Asian and Western styles: http://www.garshin.ru/budo/
