Hello,
someone has tried to contact Tim Noyes at Heron Armoury recently?
i have a sword fully paid in advance that should have been shipped almost a month ago, i have sent a couple of e-mail to him but he has never answered .
is the first sword that i have ever ordered from him and in the initial stages Tim has always answered me regularly,
do you know if something is happened to him or to the company? i start to be a little worried and irritated

I've sent some mails too in last weeks for generic info, but no answers..
Tim has contacted me a couple of days ago, his computer has crashed so he has spent the past two weeks reorganizing his database,
