Hello all!

I thought I share our new video of the MMM 2012 - the Knife Makers Fair held annually in the knife museum in Solingen, Germany.
As in every year we gave some lectures, demonstrations and did some test cutting.

Interesting this year was that we did test cutting against tatami mats, mats covered in cloth, mail and plate.
All cutting was of course done with sharp blades.
