I seem to be doing something which causes my comments to appear, or try to appear, twice. Any ideas on how I am doing this? I punch the review button, as I don't see any other option, after which I find the submit button.

That's the posting sequence: You write the post, after which you preview it to see if there is anything you'd like to fix. Then you submit it. See the first post here for more info.
