Daggers, Daggers, Daggers!
I absolutely love daggers. I am a dagger addict. I make a lot of daggers. I use daggers for everything. Opening canned goods, field-dressing game, butchering meat, opening packages, cutting cloth out for making my various living history clothing and projects, cutting paths through the woods, cutting rope, cutting steel lumber pack banding, cutting up kindling for fires, using the pommel as an impromptu hammer, everything. For all of the Makers & Manufacturers out there let's share our favourite pieces that we made/kept for ourselves.
The brass hilted dagger and the stag-handled dagger are models that I offer on my site but these are the "prototypes" that I used for pictures and decided to keep. The other two are ones I specifically made for myself.
Comments welcome.

Ben's daggers
Hi all

As someone who owns one of Ben's daggers (an Irish skain) I can attest he does love them and brings a real wealth of craft to their making.

Its one of my favorite pieces and sits beautifully in the hand.

cheers

mike
