I'm 49 this past month.

Even though only 0.845% of the 24,840 registered myArmoury users have responded, I think the results are very interesting and encouraging. Specifically, I see a full third (34%) of the respondents are in the 19-29 age group. This high percentage of younger people genuinely interested in historical arms and armour bodes well for the future! :)

Using the science of the interweb and all its available resources, I've utilized my super computer to calculate the demographic of visitors on the myArmoury.com site and will share a couple things with you here.

The percentages in brackets show how this compares to the average for the Internet population as a whole:

Ages 3-12: 2% [20%]
Ages 13-17: 18% [153%]
Ages 18-34: 34% [117%]
Ages 35-49: 30% [110%]
Ages 50+: 16% [66%]

Male: 64% [131%]
Female: 36% [70%]

These numbers represent our entire site and are not limited to the forum, to registered members only, or to active forum participants. The forum is only a small part of the this site, and the audience of active registered members an even smaller slice of that.
