whole surface is hammered ...I use 1.5mm steel sheet (ST 3) and 3mm for the nasal
helmet is without inlay
there's 67 cm of circumpherence inside ...22.5 x 20 cm of diameters

price : 160 Euro without inaly and without postage
180 Euro with inlay+straps and without postage

What kind of inlay are you talking about? Inlay in the metal or are you referring to the leather lining at the crown of the helm?

Is this based on a specific example?

I'm talking about leather "basket" with the straps ,similar to the exemple below

I don't know any oryginal exemple (artefact) of this kind of the helmet ...but there're many exemples from others sources (sculpture, painting,etc.) ...however the nasal is based on the helmet from Stromovka (Czech Rep.) ...there's similar one
