"New" 6-to-1 mail collar?
Seems so to me. It's funny that I have found it looking for something else few moments after searching (without luck) for 6-in-1 collars other than the British Museum's :surprised:

You can see here several close up photos...

I'm not 100% sure if it has not been comented before, if so, sorry.
This is a typical 15th century Nurnberg collar, I own one myself. But it is not 6 in 1 but 4 in 1 throughout. The rings on the collar are just a little stronger.
Look at the bottom left picture ;) ...the other ones may left you in doubt.
It is really hard to tell but I think the collar might actually be 6-in-1. If it is then it might be a good buy at that price.
seen it in person and am 99% sure it is 6 in 1.... at least in part, the one section is 6 in 1 and the other is 4 in 1. As well, some are round links the other flat. An interesting piece showing how use of specific links and weaves were used.

I am having trouble making out where the 6 in 1 located, is at the front of the neck?

thanks, mackenzie

The 6-in-1 (what looks to be the 6 in 1) is the "thick" part along the neckline. The rest is 4-in-1.
