Good afternoon, I am looking for some help in postive ID of what I think is a Burmese DHA I received as a young man during the late 70's.
I am not sure if it would be classified as a small sword or Dagger or Knife. It is 17" in total length with the blade being 11" long. The handle is ivory, with silver and the sheath is wood covered with silver.
I have supplied pictures and am interested if there is any way to know the region it was made and possible the age.
Any idea of its value would be great as well, but not that important as I am not interested in selling it.

Thanks in advance for any help.
