hand-and-a-half sword 15020 in brand new photos

Germany - around 1520, double-edged blade with two fullers, decorated pommel, wooden grip covered with leather.

Blade 95 cm, breadth 45 mm, quillons 260 mm.

The swords that you have made in the last 6 months show that you folks at Lutel Handicraft have taken your art and craftsmanship to a whole new level of quality.

Do you have a photo of that rapier from the Prague museum, just to compare it with the one that you made?

Thank you Roger for your kind words about our work we really appreciate it.
I found only one small photo in one of our books.I have to say our rapier is not the exact replica its only inspired by this sword in shape and concept of decorations...

fresh piece of work - customized 12024 sword

Central Europe - 1st half of 13th century, double-edged blade with one fuller, straight quillons, pagoda roof-shaped pommel, wooden grip covered with leather.
blade width 5 cm
blade length 80 cm

customized type D belt + scabbard - decorated belt, handforged buckle, rain flap, custom fittings

I notice that the fullers on some of these swords do not extend into the guard. Is there a reason for this?
