The photo gallery looks great! I was especially impressed with the pics of the "Venetian Sidesword" (image below). Christian, have you ever done anything as complex as a Schiavona or a Baskethilt? Would you ever consider making one of these?

Besides my question, I'd also like to compliment CF on his success at the little things. In the last couple of months, I sent back the crossguard, pommel and grip from my Atrim XIIa. I had CF blacken the pommel and crossguard and re-wrap the grip in a new color. All very simple tasks that he can probably do in his sleep. CF was very professional -- he emailed me a .pdf invoice for the work and sent a receipt with the items which arrived exactly on schedule. The sword with the new furniture looks fantastic! A business' reputation isn't built just by succeeding at the big-ticket items, it's built by doing everything, no mater how small, to the highest level of quality. Judging by the pic of the sidesword, CF is succeeding at both the simpler and more complicated aspects of the sword business.

CF Baskethilt
Fun that you should mention this. Christian is working on a Baskethilt for me as we speak! :D :D
really?!!! wowow!!!

CF is really stepping up to the plate!
Christian I saw that you redesigned your web site with no Armor listed. Are you still doing armor or are you focusing just on custom hilts and scabbards now?
It's true, the swords, scabbards, belts and such have really over here at my shop. I'm still working on a few armour commissions for some very patient clients, but I've stopped taking new armour orders for the foreseeable future. I appreciate the interest in my armour work and apologize for not being able to take on those commissions at this time.

Here's a photo from the current harness I'm working on.

Nice Klapviser
Hey Christian,

Nice looking helm, Norm forgot to send me that picture, so that's the first time I have seen the in-progress photo! Very nice work on raising the occularum's! Can't wait to see the finished harness.
