|
|
Do any of you have any recommendations for where to find suit of armor reproductions that were made in the 19th century (or pre 20th century)? I know most of these were modeled after 15th or 16th century armor, but I'd be fine with almost anything that would look good based from the 16th century or prior.
I've been looking for months and only happened across a couple online (most of which appeared to have already been sold). I've been calling around antique shops and even specialty antique arms / armor dealers and haven't had much luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Brian

Antique dealers or Antique dealers who specialize in arms and armor is my guess. Just keep trying maybe.
Do also continue your on-line search. Sorry but thats all I really know.

The traditional way to find it is by looking for genuine Medieval armour. Alas, the ones found be this route are often overpriced!
