A couple of weeks ago I put up a bunch of spare parts looking for trades. Nothing came along in the way of trades that I was really interested in, but I did sell a bunch of what I had up. I was out in my workshop looking at the pieces I have remaining from the moat and admitted to myself I'm not going to get around to mounting most of this stuff in the next year. Maybe I can pass some of this on to someone who will use it sooner. I kept two of the best blades I got and with all the other projects I have going on, I'll still be busy for the next year. So here it is, no longer looking for trades, just funding for another project. Paypal preferred but I will take a check if you don't mind waiting for it to clear before I ship. Next longsword blade, heat treated and sharp. It has a bow in it you'll see in the last pic, and some nicks and light pitting in the second and third. 12"tang. 37"blade. This one is for a smith or hardcore diyer. $25 + shipping

Maintz pattern roman blade. The tang is a little off center, but it's in great shape otherwise.$30 +shipping

Viking Pommel -I was really hoping to find someone who wanted to sell or trade the matching guard,(and that offer still stands)but since it doesn't look like it's going to happen, I'll let this one go for $30 +shipping

is the gladius blade hardend ?

The gladius blade is heat treated as far as I can tell. A file didn't bite down easily, and as far as i can flex it (not far) it didn't take a set. It's finish ground, and ready for an edge.
