The dagger looks nice, some rough patches I wouldn't leave on a knife, but more than acceptable for the low price. Depeeka knives are often underestimated as second rate, but usually have sturdy tangs and at least partially peened pommels as well as fairly good steel that can take an edge surprisingly well.
But it needs a much better sceath than that modern one. Wood core with leather cover stitched at the back or double leather with saddlers' seam also along the back preferably. Still, that could make for an interesting project and it's not really all that hard to make.
