Heraldry question!
This model apperently has a documented coat of arms. My friend has bought a replica of it on an auction but we don´t have the identity of the knight. Anybody have a clue?

Here is another example!

Heraldry.
The knight wearing the jupon sporting the two-headed Imperial Eagle is Jean le Maingre aka "Boucicault" - Marshal of France at the time of the Battle of Agincourt in 1415AD - 'nominal' leader of the French forces at this famous battle.

The other knight I believe is le Martle ("the Hammer" as the heraldic device on his surcoat suggests) - bearer of the French battle flag the "Oriflamme" at the same battle.

Heraldry.
Sorry Martin, I got the surname of the knight carrying t :D he war banner incorrect, his name is of course - Guillaume de Martel.
Thanx a million! For the fast answer!
Going further, I'd say those models are specifically meant to represent the Battle of Agincourt. That banner Guillaume de Martel is carrying is an interpretation of the Oriflamme itself, and if you notice, he's got an arrow sticking out of him.
