I have been looking all over this site and the internets generaly for U.S. coded DVDs for sale of Arn and Alatriste. Maybe my google foo is simply too weak. I get the impresion that others here have seen/own the movies. Perhaps only the european members have seen these movies? Could anyone provide a link to U.S. coded DVDs for sale? I will not watch a pirated movie on the internet nor will I buy a bootleg copy of any movie. Thanks-Jay.

Like this?
Arn is not yet available in Region 1, but other region formats are all over the net and you could always find yourself a region-free player, which are no more legally questionable than the practice of region coding itself...

I know its predominantly Asian media, but if you're looking for a region free (0) DVD player, this site carries them. My friends and I have purchased things through them before and never had a problem

Well I just watched it ( Alatriste ) available in Québec. Canada and we use the North American standard regional coding, so this shouldn't be an issue but it is in French.
Well, more than French it also has the original Spanish with optional English sub-titles.
Got it from a HMV store here in Montreal:

You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!
