i recently lost most of my data on coposite hilted migration period swords due to viruses, there was a foreign website either merovingian, french of some sort or germanic which showed the step by step process making a very nice replica of an original sword and (if it helps) there were pictures of it in a stream)
and a spangenhelm with no nasal covered in spikes and also a leather helm with boar tusks above the nose,it was a very very nice site, i just can't find the bugger!
Please help, i've spent ages to no avail!!!
it is worth finding for the design of kit and arms/armour,very well presented.
hope to regain contact soon!

Finally found it!! here you go!
Well worth a good look!
