I'm looking to get back into Norse culture, fighting styles and armour. Though this is a wonderful sword and gear, it just doesn't fit in with any of the other kit I have. I did some work on the belt to change it to a three point 45 degree mount instead of the original two point vertical that I had trouble walking around with. The draw is now vary, vary fast given that the blade is not to long. I also have a Holbine/Baselard dagger w/damascus blade, kidney pouch and 25th century style fringe hood. The dagger sheath was made by me. The pouch and hood were made by Historic Enterprises. I don't actually know who made the dagger. $380 for the lot. Interested in Norse swords for trade.
