Ayer Company Publishers is offering copies of A.V.B. Norman's book "The Rapier and Small Sword, 1460-1820" for much less than other companies. I bought my copy for $46.95 plus shipping and that is for a hard bound book. The cover is black cloth with gold lettering and is very well done.
