What is the translation in English of the Runes displayed on the full size Seax displayed under Swords (weapons) Anglo Saxon?

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you are referring to the Battersea seax? or the Thames seax?

It's the runic alphabet on one side, and the name Beagnoth on the other. Here's some more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thames_scramasax
