Can I find pictures of Zeughaus polearms?
Hello:

I've "discovered" the Landeszueghaus in Graz, Austria. I recently received a book about it published in 2001. However, there is very little emphasis upon the pole weapons there. I was wondering if any of you know of a website that would have pictures of that museum's polearms, or if anyone can share personal photos if you have had the good fortune to visit this amazing place.

Also, I ask the same about the Alteszeughaus in Solothurn, Switzerland.

Hopefully, I can visit these places one day along with the Royal armouries in Leeds, England. They are very interesting museums.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Dustin Faulkner
Hello Dustin,

do you know "Schwert und Spiess" "Landeszeughaus Graz, Steiermärisches Landesmuseum Joanneum" by Peter Krenn?

It contains a good choice of the polearms, good fotos and an englisch text also. By the way, the staffs of that weapons are the orginal ones, sometimes shorten.

kind regards
Sabine Benning

Thank you Sabine!
Hello Sabine:

I simply want to thank you for refering me to this book. I knew Mr. Krenn had other book titles, but I thought they were the same - just written in different languages.

Danke!
Aw, c'mon, somebody tell this poor soul about Demetrius at The Australian National University!
