Hi All,
I was just wondering, how exactly does the Albion maintenance plan work? Do they ship you a box, and then you put the sword in the box and just send it back to them? Or must you pack and mail the sword yourself? I emailed Albion, and they still haven't responded. Unfortunately by the time I get finished with work, they are already closed, so calling them has been very difficult for me. Thank you for your time.
