Congrats! If it comes to English, I may well have to pick up a copy. I don't focus on sword and buckler these days, but I am still a fan of it.

I try to do so, really. I am working hard on it regarding my first book on the long sword. But I will use your post as another reason to write him about this. I really hope that my stuff will one day be available in english.

best wishes

Herbert
Congratulations Herbert!!

This looks really interesting.

All the best,

Christian
Thank you very much, Christian.

I really hope that there will be a translation soon.

Herbert
Herbert,

Congratulations on this new book! I look forward seeing it myself.
You will bring it along to Solingen in May, will you not?
Yes - I will of course!

Looking forward to see you there!

Herbert
Congratulations Herbert!

Obviously, I'm linguistically challenged here, but I certainly like the cover presentation! ;) Regardless, it's great to see more people making their findings available across the world.

Herbert, it looks great. I'm sorry I never heard back from the fellow who collects period bucklers, were you able to find enough examples for your needs?
