Win a copy of Arms & Armor of the Medieval Knight
by David Edge and John Miles Paddock!

We're doing it again! We've found another copy of this great book by David Edge and John Miles Paddock, Arms & Armor of the Medieval Knight.

This excellent book is hard to find, being long since out-of-print. As such, it's commanding prices upwards to $200 US. Rumor has it that David Edge, himself, is even seeking copies for his own use!

Published in 1988 by Crescent Books, New York, this book has 320 illustrations, including 150 in color. It comprises a pictorial survey of the weaponry and tactics employed by the medieval knight, from the early days of chain mail and crude helmets to the elaborate suits of full plate armor of the 15th and 16th centuries. Includes a comprehensive glossary of terms and an appendix on the construction of armor. A used copy in a very lightly rubbed jacket but in fine condition. First edition. ISBN 0517644681

This rare book can only be found used and is often listed for prices ranging between $75-$200 US.
