Hi,
I was wondering what are good books to read about Battles, the swords throughout the ages and cultures, and about the history of armour throughout the ages and cultures. Thanks
JFS
You cant go wrong with any of the books by the late Ewart Oakeshott such as
Records of the medieval sword
Sword in hand
Sword in the age of chivalry.
For battles you could try some from the Osprey series .http://www.ospreypublishing.com/all of them should be available from amazon or any of your local books shops.
