The text seems to say unattributed helm.
Looks like something early crusaders would wear.
Распространенным шлемом на протяжении 13 века был ТопфХельм (в переводе с немецкого горшковый шлем). Первые изображения данного шлема относятся к концу 12 века. Данный шлем используется преимущественно конными войнами.
Ранние формы топфхельма не имеют задней пластины.

The widespread helmet during 13 centuries was ТопфХельм [Tolfhelm] (in translation from German горшковый [gorshkovy] a helmet). The first images of the given helmet concern to the end of 12 centuries. The given helmet is used by mainly horse wars.
Early forms топфхельма [tolfhelma]have no back plate.

Two words I could not translate are tolfhelma, read Tolf-helm-a and gorshokkovy read gor shok kovy ee

I believe the first word is just a referance to the type of helm a 'Tolf' or Tolph if you will and the other I have no idea

The word "ТопфХельм" is actually a "top helm". The word "горшковый" comes from "горшок" - a pot. The sentence "Распространенным шлемом на протяжении 13 века был ТопфХельм (в переводе с немецкого горшковый шлем)." is translated from Russian as "One of the wide-spread helms in the 13th century was a TopfHelm which translates as pot helm from German".

"the helm was discussed on 75 Years around Sept. 11, 2000, though the pictures have been removed. It is in the Netherlands Army Museum in Delft, and was labeled at that time as a "fifteenth century" helmet for foot combat. It's either 13th century or a 19th century fake."
If it's genuine, it would be one of the few survivors of a type we see a lot of in art. I've never seen a surviving example of this type before, actually.
I was very interested in one of these sorts of helms myself, but was told no existing examples survive, as they were refitted to other kinds of helms.
