Hand forged pipe tomahawk made by "Beaver Bill" and bearing his touchmark on the blade. Head was forged from a scrap of rifle barrel and you can still feel the lands and grooves inside the pipe bowl. Bowl is faceted on the outside. This is a top notch reproduction. The curly maple haft is drilled for smoking and has a removable stopper at the end to access the clean out hole. Haft is slightly bowed as can be seen on many original pipe axes. Carved mouth-piece has a bone liner. The head is held in place by poured pewter with inlaid brass pins. The entire piece was artificially aged by the prior owner. $400 plus $15 shipping in CONUS. PayPal please add 3% to cover charges.
