1.Does anyone know where these swords are made?
I know they have an "economy" line made in India, but I heard that their higher end stuff is made in eastern Europe, so I was unsure what to believe.
2.How is the fit and finish compared to other swords in this price point (i.e Cold Steel and Hanwei, both of whose smallswords I own and like)?
I only ask because if they are made in India (which I would suspect), I'd like to know what I'm getting before I plop down $300 for their smallsword (I'm a TA and as such make a limited salary). Some stuff I've got from India is excellent, other stuff is total junk, so I'd like to know where on that spectrum these swords lie? Most of my swords are from Hanwei, Cold Steel and some higher end Windlass stuff, and for the most part I'm happy with the swords from those companies, though Windlass swords tend to have scabbards that are way too loose for my liking. Bear in mind I'm only asking for comparison to other swords in this price range, I know it won't be as nice as a $2000 custom piece.
Thanks in advance to anyone with some helpful advice.
