Egerton Castle's "Schools and Masters of Fencing: From the Middle Ages to the Eighteenth Century" has been republished twice recently: a 336 page paperback from Dover, and a 496 page hardcover from Kessinger. Does anyone here know why there is such a large page discrepancy? They are both about the same height and width. Did Dover reduce the size of illustrations or leave something out?
