I also remembered, when carrying an axe to cut down a Christmas tree the other day, that I'd like to have a nice reproduction axe from some time in the 12th century.

Hmmm

1: An Albion Constable (although I wouldn't say no to the mercenary or castellan)
1b: If the above is not possible, the Munich, Beserkr, Svante or sheriff/yeoman/sovereign would all do)
2: a mail shirt
3: a gambeson

I think one sword for Christmas is enough Wink
