FOR SALE: Customised Del Tin Longsword

When I put this sword together I started with a Del Tin 'Sempach' longsword blade, crossguard, and pommel. The blade is about five years old, and has a good temper and does not seem to be brittle or prone to cracking like some of the newer versions.

The black horn handle and spacers were made by Jack Truscott, gunmaker at the Royal Armouries in Leeds.

The spacers, crossguard and pommel are gilt (23.5 karat gold, 3 microns thick, very hard wearing).

The blade is reasonably sharp.

I am asking £450 GBP (or nearest offer).

If anybody would like to see larger image files or other details, or if you have any other question, please let me know.
