Hello Gabriele. I'm afriad there are a great many styles of backsword. You'll need to narrow it down to time and place as a minimum.

Still, your best bet is this book at present, if you don't want to wade through a primary source until you atleast get your feet wet with something in modern English.

I have no idea if there are good books on swordmanship in Modern Italian, but I suspect there are.
