Having now had it in hand, and as lovely as the pictures are, they don't even do it justice. I had to hand it back before I broke down and took it home with me. This is yet another one of those designs that once people get it in hand will completely change the way we look at swords.


John Cooksey's description of the sword is about right with my first impressions of it. It's a light, scary, little cuss of a thing hiding a significant punch and a deceivingly beefy blade; a real close-quarters tool that has the finesse of a fencing weapon.
