The funny thing is that those costumes looked better than a lot of what I see at Ren faires. :-)

Great spoof! Now, to make it sword oriented, they just need Nightcrawler or Deadpool with their katanas...but I don't know if they were part of the Secret Wars, so they may not be 'historically accurate'!

Point of order, Nightcrawler typically uses a rapier or cutlass, or at least he used to back in "the day".

Maybe it was only the Age of Apocolypse version that used the katana? I remember seeing swords of some type...
