The only thing I have on the horizon is a XVIa/XIIa from Peter Johnsson. All I need to do is scrape the cash together and pay for a wedding at the same time... :)
My next five:

I. Albion Next Gen Crecy
II. Albion Next Gen Knecht
*Six month hiatus*
III. Bugei Wave Katana
IV. Albion Next Gen Landgraf (With Mr. Fletcher's gothic hilt upgrade. I loved the picture on the website.)
V. Angus Trim LPM DN1527 LS

There are others, of course. I'd really like a Glock 23, but I didn't feel like it belonged on this list. I'd like an Arms and Armor rapier at some point. I wasn't planning on getting a Knecht, but the recent pictures convinced me otherwise and the fact that there will only be 100 of them caused me to bump the Wave down to number three. The Crecy is the only firm one. I'm expecting to order it in about a month or so. I've waited for that one for a long time.
Very nice addition to your collection, Patrick !

Nothing like a good war axe, Mac
1. Already added to my collection, is my MRL dagger re-hilted by Eric McHugh. Blade is damascus (by Windlass) and has been re-etched by Eric to look more clean, grip is English boxwood. When I picked it up from Eric, he told me that the tang was bent a bit, and he didn't want to risk breaking it by bending it straight. I actually like how it's bent; it looks more like an authentic piece...with an unauthentic blade.

2. Albion's Solingen and scabbard. I've looked at a number of swords; Albion's Laird, Knight, Sherriff, Mercenary, A&A's French Medieval and Duke of Urbino, because they aren't quite as painful on the pocketbook. But I just keep coming back to the Solingen. It just fits with me. Seems right. And I know that it'll drive me nuts if I have a sword without a scabbard, so I may as well save on the sales tax and order both at once. Once I've saved up, that is, which could be a while, because.....

3. Tuition/books/rent/normal expenses. Two years of undergrad left, then grad school. This takes priority.

No definite plans right at the moment, but I think this place will be the first place I announce it ;-)

Thanks Mac!

Every man needs a big axe. :D
Lets see...

1. A&A 12th century spear
2. a maile haubergeon, not sure from who yet though.
3. Albion LaTene, which will hopefully be out by next year
4. A&A Munich Town Guard
5. Atrim LPM bastard saber

...and if I happen to win the lottery, an Albion Lady Vivamus. By the way, anyone out there own a Lady V.? I woluld love to see a review of one.
Although I am very new at this I already have an idea of what I want to work on next.
Something like this...

Angus Trim single hand falchion (got the MO out to him today)
Angus Trim 1411
Buckler
Small bearded axe
Some type of serviceable halberd
Another miscellaneous AT (I already like his swords and I only have one !)
Some type of plain knife that would have been used for everyday chores - I may try to make this one myself.

Definately let us know your impressions on that one!

I can't exactly add much to this thread, because I over-shot my sword budget for the year very early on. But I can say what's on the way:

1 & 2: Two scabbards from Tritonworks
3: A scabbard by John Gage
4. An Albion Hauptmann
5. When I have more money, I'm seriously considering an A&A Milanese dagger to match my beautiful Milanese rapier

As you can see, a large chunk of my sword budget went into scabbards, and that starts coming into the same price range as the swords (and in some cases exceeds them).
This is all theoretical of course, because I can't actually afford it, but here goes:

1)Albion Laird
2)Albion Regent
3)Albion Thegn
4)Albion Baron
5)Albion sheriff / Arms and Armor English Longsword (Plenty of time to think about it unfortunately)

Other stuff I would like: Arms and Armor 12th Century Spear, Danish War Axe, Mail shirt with integral coif...

Fun to think about if nothing else :D

An Eljay English baskethilt with an ATrim backsword blade should be showing up sometime next week. That one should really be something else.

Future swords? I have a list, but it changes. Models may hang around on it awhile and then fall off, sadly unbought. Some things on it right now -

A hanger or cuttoe from Old Dominion Forge

English Longsword from A&A

ATrim DN1532

A Cervenka Schiavona

From Albion - Condottiere, Gallowglass, Markgraf, Reeve - none of them exist yet. I'll probably only get two of these four.

Stage combat swords: - rapier from Darkwood - one of ATrims sparring longswords - some of Albions Maestro line, when they exist.
As I said, there is no way that I will buy all of these swords. They are just the ones swirling around in my head right now.

I put up this list last July. Of the things on it:

I bought the Albion Reeve when it debuted last Fall. It is one fantastic sword

I ordered the Albion Maestro Epee de Guerre. Who knows when it will actually be available

I ordered ATrim's SB1450 stage combal sword. It should show up any day.

I still want to get something from Darkwood, but keep putting it off.

Next Gen Earl
MRL English Rondel

Don't know what else.

Funny but it ended up being:

MRL English Rondel
A&A custom Halberd

and waiting on:

NG Earl
CZK Rondel (not saying who until I have it)
Maestro Leichtenauer
and if I really like the Leichtenauer I get another one

Keep thinking about the Sheriff, a couple items over at A&A, a couple of CZK pieces, and armor!!! Unfortunately I don't have the budget to match my ambitions.
Here's what I'd like:

Albion:

Mair
Jarl
Munich
Allectus
Dane
Maximillian

Eventually a side sword and rapier but not sure by whom.
In a world where money falls out of my butt:

Albion Leichtenauer (on order)
Albion Talhoffer
Darkwood 1560 English Baskethilt
Snaphaunce lock for my Petronel
Mini Wheellock for my Dag
Oh, I didn't think training blades counted. In that case, I've got coming along:

1 & 2. two Darkwood aluminum messers
3. Darkwood wide-flex dagger
4. Albion Maestro line messer
5. A&A is refitting one of my rapiers with a nail head practice blade
Well, it'll be around a year before I buy more swords, since I intend to be working on a kit, but the five I would buy right now if I had some money would be:

Albion Next Gen:
Chevalier
Thegn
Munich
Dane
Viceroy
My next and only definite sword is going to be a custom migration era sword from Kevin Cashen.
For production pieces I'd like an Albion Reeve and/or an A&A SOSM Vienna.
I've got a custom Migration era sword in mind for A&A. I've just been waiting for some mad money to come in for that.
I wouldn't mind a Patrick Barta Viking sword but he's got a 2 year wait at the moment.
Something to round out my 5 next swords would probably come from John Lundemo (but, like Patrick, he's got a long wait).
When I can afford it; I am getting mostly custom weapons...

1). I am researching a flammard bladed (dopplehander) that I want to have custom made.

2). A custom Katzbalger (to go with the dopplehander) with a Christian Fletcher custom scabbard ( I hope).

3). A matching A&A Gustav Vasa Rapier and Dagger both with longer, pierced blades with Triton Works custom scabbards.

4). An Albion Sovereign with blackened furniture with a Christian Fletcher scabbard and belt.

5). An A&A Square Target Shield.

6). A suit of Black & White 3/4 Harness.

As you can tell, I will be quite awhile building my collection!
Well, due to various reasons I seem to be ending up collecting Swedish military swords from the 19th century mostly, so with auctions probably being my main source of swords, it's somewhat hard to guess what's to come. I'm especially interested in the "Hafström" blades, so a m/1842 or m/1847 saber would probably be "jackpot" to obtain, but pretty much any such blade which drops below 2000kr in a decent condition would be of interest. The m/1808 and m/1831 artillery sabers, as well as cavalry sabers m/1854 and m/1867 are probably the ones I consider the most interesting amongst the non-Hafström-blades, though in some cases these might be a bit on the expensive side at current, though that might change within the coming months if I'm lucky (inching closer to graduation).

Of course, some kind of European "two hand enabled" designs (greatsword or longsword) would be nice (Atrims look pretty nice here), a yatagan or (well, 'and' rather) falcata to provide perspective on the Hafström blades, perhaps another kukri to keep the one I have company... Well, I think most people here know the feeling.
On order from Albion: The Fiore with a scabbard and Maestro Liechtenauer.

Seriously eyeing the English buckler from Arms & Armor.

And I'm finding myself repeating the phrase "I need a rondel dagger," more times than anyone in my family wants to hear. :)
1) A custom Rondel dagger from A & A pending final design / price / making it official stage.

2) Early stages of designing / ordering a Bevor from Mercenary's Tailor to go with either my Valentine Eyeslot Kettle Hat or my new semi-custom Merc-T articulated tail Sallet. ( New improved version not yet officially announced on the site. )

3) No specific swords in mind YET, but some of the new " Stiffy " AT swords or a Falcion have my attention for consideration.
I'm waiting to have more info / Picts before I decide. Also it would be my first AT.

Sort of going slow after buying the Tritonia and having a very nice Tritonworks custom scabbard made for it.

Oh, also should have my A & A Langue de Boeuf in hand soon.
