The ARMA has up a new interview with Mr. Champagne that I thought was an interesting look at his philosophy and some of his knowledge and character as well. Seems like a nice gentlemen (seems to be a characteristic of all the truly good swordsmiths that I've met actually).

I was wondering though. Does anyone have any actual pictures of his work? I don't recall ever seeing any although by all accounts he turns out a very good product. I would be especially interested in seeing some of his Euro stuff.

There is one picture showing him holding a completed sword in the interview but it's impossible to make out any sort of details in the picture.

Wow... nothing... it's about what I expected but...

It would seem that Mr. Champagne doesn't need a web presence based on his not taking any orders for the next couple of years, but it's interesting that no one that owns his stuff has anything on the web either. It seems his work shall remain something of a mystery...

Pauls forge set up looks pretty cool in those pics,
Anyone know where Pauls pricing might be on the euro stuff as opposed to the japanese style work,?

I have heard about him as well and have always wondered what his work was like. I haven't really ever heard much of anything about it though. It looks nice.
