A few years back, shortly after Sword Forum International got off the ground in its first incarnation, a few smiths found their way to the site. In the next few months they talked steels and heat treating occassionally, teaching many of us that were there a great deal......

On this forum now, you have Randal Graham posting semi-regularly. This guy may be a bit overweight, and may have lost most of his hair, but he's one of those smiths I mentioned earlier. In fact he was one of the two or three best "teachers" back then, shared a great deal with the forumites of the time.......

If you have any questions about swords, steels, and the various steels and heat treat, this is the guy to ask.. He knows mre about this stuff, than anyone else I see regularly posting on this site......

He even has a great sense of humor.......
