When I reserved mine, Mike had told me to expect the Sherriff in late February. Is that still the time-frame you are looking at?

We still have a couple of steps -- molding, making the first run of production waxes, casting and then assembling the first prototype. A lot depends on the foundry -- sometimes they can turn castings around in 2 weeks, sometimes they can't.
In general, though, we have had pretty good luck with about a 6-8 week turnaround from receiving waxes to finished sword (s). So it will be soon.
