Had a calendar meeting today. Looks like we're short staffed early June, and I have a Mandatory Settlement Conference on Friday morning. Since the latest flight out is at 1:44 p.m., this is not going to work. Harlan's gonna have to find someone else to pick him up at the airport.

Oh damn, Stephen! I'm very sorry to hear that. I just bought my ticket last night. I threw it on a credit card and figured I'd live dangerously! We'll miss you, man.

Hi Ben

I know if I had to choose just one show to attend it would be Vegas !
(guess I best start working on some more excuses so as to avoid that Statosphere ride again, 'eh ;-)

I'm bummed to hear that you can't make Atlanta ..... (now who will I break the speed limit with ;-)
* Although the way things are going with work these days it will be a miracle if I'm in attendance myself ?

Guess time will tell, Mac

Hey Mac how about I let you drive my car  in Vegas or we can go out of town and I'll take you up to 160mph + I'll pay for the ride, will that work? You know nothing is going to happen to you given this happened to these girls http://www.capitalnewsnine.com/content/top_st...rID=127703 I hope you make the Blade we all here who will not make it need that eye candy of a great job like you did in Vegas. Also, I hear Tinker is going to have a matched set of duelling sabers I would love to see...

Drat! Streak ends at 2. Oh well, my streak at Vegas is still going strong 7 and counting.

If nothing else, we can try to do a little better job of coordinating a meet & greet next year. But I am NOT going on that damn ride on top of the Stratosphere, either one.

Now that REALLY bites... :(
Okay guys 'fess up.

It's just because I'm going this year, isn't it?

 :p

Thanks a lot Ben. I have a sneaking suspicion that we are not going to be able to get Mac to ride this next year now. LOL!!!

It looks like the 4th for me.
The Albion line-up for Atlanta looks extensive (30+ swords) including all the Museum Line pieces currently in production. Mike also dropped a hint that he had sent down several of Jody Sampson's pieces as well.

Lots to look at!
Stinks that I'll be stuck at home doing term papers this year. :(

**Sigh** Alright, you attendees, I am expecting a lot of photos from you!

Digital cam... extra battery... 2 gig worth of storage cards... laptop to store them if I need to. And I'm just one guy - bet there will be others.

I'll try, Steve. Sucks you won't be there... Joe, too... I can't wait. Now, I just have to get back home and pack!

Oh dang! I just noticed that part! He's been teasing me for about 6 weeks now with promises of a close encounter with the Svante, but I've been Jonesing for a hand's on with all of them - especially the Brescia.

This could be exquisitely painful... :D

Looks like you have the photos part covered!

And exquisitely expensive  unless you leave your credit cards and checkbook at home!

I'll try, but I hope there will be a bunch of others, too. I may ruin the camera by drooling on it too much if I am not careful.

Brother, I don't know if even that will save me. I'm already planning on a "gimme one of those, and one of those, and, oh yeah, one of those" calls to Albion in July. I'll be like a junkie feening for his next fix until then -

"Can't I just get a taste, man? I'm hurtin' real bad, see?"

I'm not holding out much hope for that crayola and cardboard sign:

"Will work for pointies. God Bless."
I can no longer access the Blade Show's seminar schedule. Does anyone have it or know where to find it?
