At the bottom looks like MXCIX, and from about the 1 o'clock to the 3 o' clock position is V V L T. I can't make out the rest. :)

Odo's sword looks like a combination of a (Swiss) baselard and a spatha...its wierd....KoH is set in the 12 Century...it really seems out of place!?
