I am looking to purchase a copy of the following paperback book and wonder if anyone can help me by telling me where I can currently buy a copy please? Or does anyone have a copy for sale that they no longer need?

I did check out both Waterstones and Abe Books previously (and quite a few other potential suppliers including Ken Trotman Books etc. without any luck). It seems to be a totally elusive reference book to get hold of.
I guess it has been out of print for some time and hope somebody has a copy somewhere that they want to move on.
