OH/IN/KY gathering 7/14
Friends,
I’d like to see who’s available and interested in a collection show-and-tell/cutting party on Sunday 7/14. I’m happy to host at my place in suburban Dayton (I’ve moved since last time I hosted an event like this). Who’s up for getting together?
Look forward to giving this a go.
I am certainly interested, but I'm also a bit apprehensive about a car trip taking about 4 hours each way! I will watch this space nevertheless.
This is awesome! It's been years since we've all gotten together. Thank you Chad for hosting. I don't have much to bring as the collection has shrunk in recent years but I look forward to seeing everyone.
I'll have to see if I work that day, but I'd love to see everyone again.
Thanks for doing this again Chad. I definitely encourage anybody with free time to attend. It’s a lot of fun.

I’ll check my schedule and see if I’m working that day.
Has the countdown officially begun?

I guess. :) I have to stock up on pool noodles, unless anyone’s planning to bring some. Walmart had them for $.94 last time I was there.
Can folks who are planning to attend or thinking about it please PM me your email address? I can send out more info that way.
I’m looking at a 2:00 start unless someone objects. I have about 15 pool noodles to sacrifice. If anyone wants to bring more, that would be appreciated.
I have directions and start time.

Thanks for hosting!

Friends, thank you for the offer of meeting in person. Unfortunately, it will not be my day. A good friend and family member of our household - one of our dogs - has passed, and we will need to find a final place to let her rest.

I do not think this event would have worked out in better circumstances on my end, but I again want to thank you for the opportunity. Perhaps someday.
Michael,
Sorry for your loss. I’m sure we’ll do another one of these in a few years. You’re always welcome.
