New sword type XVIIIa based on sword from Oakeshotts Records of page 188 (last photo).
Incredible, nice balanced and powerful medieval weapon.

That's the same sword that inspired Michael Pikula's over-sized XVIIIC. Love seeing a reproduction with more historic dimensions. Lovely sword!

thank you Happy that type XVIIIc which Michael made is incredible beautyful !

thia is new type XIV, overall shape was based on type XIV from Solingen, but with a little later hilt.
