I am very pleased to announce the new type of products in my portfolio - bronze viking cast mace and a bracelet. The mace is a fully functional powerful weapon, made of historically accurate material. I sculpted it according to the historical findings in Gotland, which was a great business centre. Maces of this type were used in real battles but mostly they were supposed to show the owners social status and wealth. Maces are predecessors of well known scepters (also called maces).

Those are some very nice pieces, Peter! I have recently started to really appreciate bronze as an attractive and useful material. Both items turned out really well! That mace has an elegance that I was not expecting from the in-progress images.
