Whoa! I've never seen the combination of a "cocked hat" pommel with a "spike" cross (gaddhjalt) before!

I gotta say-- it works! Better than I would have ever expected!

And that blade-- the phrase "reach out and touch someone" comes to mind!

Well done, sir.

This is a very nice version - I particularly like the grip and overall proportions.

That's it....I'm moving to Poland. Is there a house for rent near you? Fabulous work! :D .....McM
What have you done Pan Mateusz Sulowski? Surely, you have sold your soul to the Devil in order to make even more beautiful swords; capable of easily slaughtering one thousand foes...Hopefully they all fall into honourable hands!!! :p

I agree 100% with Jeremiah S.---There's NOTHING about that XI that just doesn't totally work. That pommel--that grip--that guard--that blade--and that super sweet scabbard...I honestly believe it's as close to a perfect sword as I will ever see. Thanks a lot, M.S.---I think you may have ruined me for life. I might never look at custom swords in the same light again. ....McM

I could live in a box in your back yard, as long as I could sweep out your shop...and PLAY. :D   ....McM

I actually did see that thread, but all I did was look at the pretty pictures, and my focus was on the pommel, not the cross. On my screen they kind of looked like regular, "blocky" straight crosses. But, now that I look a little closer, I do see the taper to the tips of the cross now. Thanks!

For the love of God!

Please stop.

Tod
I agree, Tod. This is sensory-overload at the highest degree. I'm beginning to think he didn't really build all of these masterpieces....he built a time machine and went back and got 'em! .......McM
I am so depressed right now ...
I'm sorry guys but I can't stop :P
When I recovered after my accident, I work 6-7 days per week :D
So, next sword which I made in January. Scabbard soon :)
