I recently attended the Met's Saxon court exhibit where this was on display. I purchased the catalogue so I could provide the English description, pictures, pictures of other items there, and so forth. They also had a rapier with a dagger that came out of its pommel upon the pushing/twisting of a mechanism. All of their rapiers were highly decorated, my favorite being decorated using iron sculpture and gilding.

They had an amazing suit of armor there as well. No cameras so my only pics are from the cat.
