Scottish Broad Sword I bought today and some quetions
Good Day everyone:

I have not been as active as I had hoped to be in the forums as I hoped to be but I hope to change that shortly.

Regardless I bought this today and wanted to share.

I am curious if any one can identify the Crown 13 and B or the company KOLE

Thank you David

"Crown B 13" is an inspection mark (meaning that this sword passed quality control), B = Birmingham Royal Small Arms Factory.

Don't know "KOLE".
Reminiscent of the MOLE maker's stamp, so perhaps a copycat?
Could be spurious markings. The pommel screw with the slot is unusual. Don't know. It appears to be an 1829 pattern hilt.
