A Ballock Dagger
A Ballock Dagger - late XVth century.

High carbon steel hollow-ground one-edged blade with a thick spine, hand-forged steel guard, brass spacer and fileworked brass washer, hand-carved boxwood handle. Very typical of second half of the XVth century in northern continental Europe.

OAL 369 mm with a 250 mm blade (9 mm thick at base).

I am asking 390€ for this one. Add 75€ for a handmade scabbard with steel end and throat and carved leather. Shipping not included.

Fabrice that's a very attractive and stout looking blade. I really like the carving on the handle and the way it transitions into the guard, also a nice finish on the boxwood.
