I recently tested out A Claymore sent to me by medieval shoppe against many standard cutting mediums and 3 analog ballistic gel head. It was able to cut though two heads with ease. Here is the link it is on youtube my channel ThegnThrand.
Was curious if anyone else has done this sort of testing what results they might have gotten as well?

Good to see you here Thrand. That's a pretty sweet claymore, though I'd prefer if the guard wasn't made of brass.

Quite an impressive array of tests. I've recently taken up quarterstaff and your video has given me some perspective on the potential of these techniques. Maybe a proper 8-9 foot English staff test is in your future. Whatever you do, rock on!

Does any one have any historical information on the Scottish Claymores use against armour techniques used or general use?

You could try looking at a few manuals mentioned in these threads. Though I'd say the use of it probably changed during the period it was used because it would face different foes. Within the time it was used it could encounter everything from plate armed knights to musketeers with bayonets.
